Our 3D Lab is a learning community. This group of people share common academic goals and attitudes, and meet semi-regularly to collaborate on classwork. Such communities have become the template for a cohort-based, interdisciplinary approach to higher education. Selected leaders must apply and provide pastoral reference letters.

Participants are also invited to a leadership advance, a retreat weekend for the learning community members. This dynamic two-day leadership training provides students an opportunity to learn from seasoned leaders within their context and gain spiritual renewal by adopting proper disciplines that support youth ministry vision, strategy, and anointing. During this weekend, leaders strengthen community, create networks, and nurture relationships.

Quarterly gatherings are designed to empower collaboration across ministries and move shared vision forward. A guest speaker encourages and inspires leaders to grow both spiritually and practically.

Participants are required to motivate others to impact communities through local and global service projects to beautify communities, including art murals, serving as mentors to student leaders.
